At 4,610 meters, Lauribina La Pass is the highest point, and being here shows the effects of altitude. Trekkers could feel mild altitude sickness symptoms such as headaches or tiredness. If you gradually get used to the altitude, drink enough water, and walk regularly, it’s much easier.

The most difficult section is the Gokaikunda. Trekking from Chisapani is to reach Lauribina from Phedi by passing Gosaikunda Lake and Lauribina La Pass. It’s a very tiring day as you walk 6–7 hours, crossing high and rocky paths. Even though the view is worth the effort, climbing takes a lot of strength and concentration. This part of the hike in the Gosaikunda Lake trek itinerary requires effort but is incredible for the views and the spiritual atmosphere.

You will walk anywhere from 4 to 7 hours every day during the Gosaikunda Lake 2025. There are days when you stroll along and rest, but days such as the Lauribina La Pass trekking day are filled with much climbing and extended walks. The right equipment, suitable boots, and some fitness will help you a lot. Remaining positive and ready to deal with trail or weather changes will make this journey of Gosaikunda trekking more pleasant.

You can find teahouses, lodges, and food on the routes of Gosaikunda Lake trekking from Chisapani as needed. The off-the-beaten-path Gosaikunda Lake trek itinerary is well-supported by good infrastructure for budget and mid-range travelers. Having a Gosaikunda Lake trek guide on your journey makes it easier to handle and gives you special moments along the way.
