It has been such a surreal experience climbing EBC with this team. Dipu, Ram, and the porters were friendly, warm, and always looking out for our safety in the mountains in terms of food to eat, gears to carry etc. They always make sure we slept and ate well, making sure we have enough rest and energy before starting the hike. Not only does Dipu and his team helps to push you to achieve your goals on this trip, they also know when to step back and priorities health and safety when required. I have seen it a few times during this trip not only for me but also my friends and am grateful for their experience. Thank you for making my stay comfortable in the city when i had to leave the trek early and checking on me when you can. Grateful for the unexpected friendship we made and will definitely book with them again!
We completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Mount Face Nepal in March 2026, and had a great experience with the team from start to finish.
Communication before the trip was smooth and responsive, and everything was well organised once we arrived in Nepal. This includes flights, permits, accommodations, and overall logistics, which made the journey much more enjoyable and stress-free.
During the trek, my guide and porters were professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. They regularly checked in, paced the trek appropriately, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
The trek itself was incredible, with breathtaking views, memorable experiences, and well-planned stops along the way. Accommodations and meals were also comfortable considering the remote mountain conditions.
Overall, Mount Face Nepal is a reliable and professional trekking company that genuinely cares about their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning the Everest Base Camp or Gokyo region treks.

As a novice trekker, EBC seemed daunting at first, and while it was a very challenging journey nonetheless, when it's all said and done it's safe to say I would very gladly look for Dipu and team again for future Nepal adventures. From the moment we landed at the airport to the day we departed Kathmandu, we did not have to worry about any administrative matters.
Besides sharing his experience and knowledge, Dipu emphasizes and reminds us on the importance of our health, which is evident when someone in the group experienced issues. Dipu was never fazed and attended to every issue calmly, which was very reassuring. His experience and Ram's pacing eventually led the whole group to reach EBC successfully, which I will forever be thankful for.
Last but not least, a shoutout to the heroes of the mountains, the porters, for their professionalism and help during this journey.

Dipu was very encouraging throughout the trip, keeping spirits high no matter how tough the trek days were for us. He proactively took care of the group & individuals who began showing signs of illness - making sure that all were well enough to continue. Dipu always prioritised health & safety daily, making me feel very reassured.
Dipu also took care of the all the adminstrative work dutifully, so we never had to worry about entrance fees/lodging/food - and could have a good rest after each trekking day.
He was always also generous with his wealth of knowledge & experience through the treks. His assistant guide & porters were all very responsible & punctual daily - very hardworking and amiable bunch! We are extremely lucky to have had Dipu guiding us for the trek, I wouldn’t have it any other way. :)
Mount Face agency took good care of all the logistics required from start to end, such as accommodation, meals and porter services. It was literally so fuss-free that we could just focus our attention and effort on the trek itself. The overall price was fairly reasonable too and many of us gave additional tips due to the remarkable service that went beyond our expectations. Will certainly recommend Mount Face if anyone is up for a hassle-free and incredible experience. (this is not sponsored lol)
We did the Everest Base Camp trek with guides Dipu and Ram and our team of porters. They made sure everyone’s safety and welfare was taken care of, and made decisions to maximise our chances of reaching EBC safely even when some of us fell ill. We’re proud to say all 100% of our group made it successfully and safely. The views were incredible!
This is my second trek with Dipu. Previouslt we had done ABC together and this time we did EBC+Chola Pass+Gokyo.
Once again I was impressed by the amount of effort and detail Dipu put into planning the trip to meet our specific requirements, and making sure that we were able to meet our objectives in the mountains and return home safely. When faced with challenges, Dipu’s wealth of experience and knowledge really showed as he was always able to ensure we were well taken care of, especially given the unpredictability in the mountains.
The EBC+Chola+Gokyo trek is physically and mentally demanding, but definitely worth the experience!
It truly was the best experience of my life !!! I am literally crying writing this review just thinking about it and looking at the photos . It was such an unbelievable experience we were absolutely blessed to have the best tour guide Dipu he was so caring and kind and very knowledgeable. He treated us like family and now he is forever my brother 🩷 I encourage anyone to do this hike with Dipu and his team for it will 100% be the best time of your life . It was actually unbelievable for the price I think it was around $1600 Aud for a 13 day adventure to Everest base camp and I challenge anyone to find a better experience for that price. Dipu is truly one of a kind and so was that experience I will be going on another adventure with Dipu one day 🩷 Forever grateful
